Kate Chapman is a writer, Health Coach, and veteran Broadway performer. One of her favorite roles was playing "Mrs. Claus" for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular for five years. Her Broadway credits include "Mary Poppins", "Les Miserables", "The Pajama Game" (with Harry Connick, Jr.), "Sweet Smell of Success" (with John Lithgow), and "Saturday Night Fever". After losing one hundred pounds through gently switching to a diet of whole foods, Kate noticed she was free from chronic diseases that had plagued her for decades. Curious as to how this had happened, Kate began to explore the concept of wellness and how it can be achieved without unnecessary medical intervention. Upon completion of training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Kate began practicing as a Health Coach, as well as speaking to audiences all over the world.
