A Teacher’s Journey is an autobiography of a fourteen-year-old high school dropout who traveled many paths in her lifetime and whose journeys in life started early when her mother gave her permission to go to New York. She made a promise to her mother that she would finish high school and maybe go to college. She shares her own awkward experiences while going to school before dropping out and the passageways she’s traveled in her lifetime before keeping her promise to her mother and becoming an elementary school teacher.
