Installation steps:
Remove the old used seal and over pressure plug. Thoroughly clean pressure cooker seal ring grooves and over pressure plug holes. Wash the new sealing ring and over pressure plug with warm soapy water, and then dry thoroughly. Install the sealing ring until it is fully seated. Make sure to install it under the stopper and lock pin, at the inner edge of the cover. If necessary, to help make the cover easier to open and close, a very light coating of cooking oil may be applied to the underside of the body lugs and sealing ring. Install the over pressure plug, push the side of the plug (marked "TOP"), enter the opening from the bottom of the cover. The indented part of the plug can be seen from the underside of the cover. When the lid is lightly placed on the body of the pressure cooker, press Once installed, open and close the lid a few times to make sure the ring is fully seated.
