You can of course use our trays with sushi or sashimi, but the possibilities are limitless. Use them for fruit, desserts, side dishes, popcorn, hot dogs, or sandwiches. The solid poplar base holds up well with thicker sauces, but we recommend doubling up the boats for thin, runny sauces.
