Party Cheese Ball 8 ounces yogurt cheese (2 1/2 cups plain yogurt, drained and chilled; see Helpful Hints) 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder Combine all ingredients in mixer and beat well to blend. Form into 1 large or 2 small cheese balls; refrigerate until firm. Roll in parsley, paprika or finely chopped nuts. Makes 12 servings. Party Cheese Ball 1 cup Yogurt Cheese (see Helpful Hints,page 10) 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder parsley paprika finely chopped nuts Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer and beat on low speed to blend. Place cheese ball mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap. Use wrap to help form into 1 large or 2 small cheese balls; refrigerate until firm. Roll in parsley, paprika or finely chopped nuts.
