The special new TPU material has excellent resistance to puncture. Using the integrated manufacturing technology, there are no seam marks around the inner tube, and a circle of interfaces around the inner tube air nozzle reduces the chance of trachoma    in the inner tube.

This inner tube cannot be inflated a lot when it is not installed in the outer tire, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage! 

Before installation, please inflate slightly to check for air leakage! When installing, first inflate 0.5PSL, make sure that the inner tube is close to the inner wall of the tire when inflating, and then press and adjust the inner tube. If the vacant    inflation exceeds 6PSI, the inner tube will expand beyond repair! 

Installation steps：

1. First inflate the inner tube slightly to 5psi to slightly expand the inner tube. Be careful not to over-inflate the inner tube. 

2. Insert one side of the outer tire into the tire groove,  and then insert the inner tube into the outer tire in sequence starting from the valve. 

3. Then insert the other side of the outer tire into the tire groove. When finishing, adjust the inner tube, being careful not to be squeezed by the outer tire. 

4. Check the inner tube valve to ensure that the inner tube is completely wrapped by the tire and does not leak out. If the inner tube is naked outside,  press the valve to make the inner tube completely enter the outer tire, and then pull the valve    out in the opposite direction to ensure that the inner tube is flat. 

5. Inflate to 15psi, pinch the outer tire around to make sure the inner tube is fully stretched and flat in the outer tire. 

6. Finally inflate to the nominal tire pressure of 6 in the tire or rim, and you can use it with confidence. 

Installation tips: The stitching opening of the TPU inner tube should be in front of the inflation valve opening (previous definition: the forward direction of the bicycle is forward). If installed incorrectly, it may cause extrusion, pulling and distortion and shorten the service life.
