John earned his Master's Degree in Exercise Science and now focuses his writing in the areas of health and fitness. He loves his work as a personal trainer, boot camp leader, yoga teacher and clean eating enthusiast. He partners with people from all walks of life to optimize their health through nutrition, exercise and mindful lifestyle choices.
