Exercises in sitting and standing that make daily activities more comfortable and improve movement and posture. This book, “22 Short Feldenkrais lessons” , was written in 2009. My students from both the individual and group sessions have been using it since, in order to continue working on the method at home. Based on their comments, I have modified the content several times in order to make it easier to understand and better adapted to individual use. This book is unique in the way the lessons are presented: – The movements to be carried out are illustrated at each phase (almost 200 illustrations). – A duration and rhythm of execution is given for each movement to make working alone easier, more accurate and efficient. – The book can be easily consulted while doing the exercises. – The Lessons are short (8 to 10 minutes), making it easy to integrate them into a daily routine. – The lessons are presented in an everyday environment (house, office, etc).
