Construction Process of Embossed Floor

1.The formwork erection, paving, vibrating, grouting, and leveling shall be completed according to the construction procedures of pavement concrete.

2.Before the initial setting of the concrete surface, use a large magnesium alloy spatula to smooth the concrete surface.

3.Use special magnesium alloy edge finishing plaster to finish edges and corners as required.

4.Spread the colored reinforcement evenly on the concrete surface two times, the first time spreading 2/3 of the standard amount (6.6 lbs per square meter), and the second time spreading the remaining 1/3.

5.Every time the color reinforcement is sprayed, the magnesium alloy trowel shall be used for leveling and polishing after the color reinforcement is wet so that the color reinforcement can completely cover the concrete surface.
