Q: Why my bagels do not toast evenly?
A: Because the bagel was not cut evenly, the thicker area will be nearer to the heating wires, and it will get darker than other areas. So please try your best to cut the bread evenly.
Q: How to use the DEFROST function?
A: DEFROST function will defrost and toast the bread you placed in the toaster, if you need to toast frozen bread, please select a browning level and DEFROST option at the same time.
Q: What to do if I want to defrost the frozen bread only, I do not want the bread to get browned.
A: In this case, please use REHEAT instead of DEFROST to defrost the bread, the toaster will heat the bread for 30s, which is good for defrosting bread.
