Working in concert, they ensure the belt clamping force aligns with transmission ratio changes, eliminating slippage and jerkiness caused by pressure imbalances. Product Performance: Replacing the CVT solenoid valve resolves issues such as vehicle jerking during start-up, gear hesitation between 20-40 km/h, and sluggish acceleration. It also prevents abnormal wear on the steel belt/chain and transmission overheating, thereby protecting the expensive steel belt assembly and valve body. Installation Recommendations: Raise the vehicle, drain the old transmission fluid, remove the oil pan, disconnect the old solenoid valve connector and remove the old part.
