Light, highly flexible J-weight cotton cloth backing.
CK721X (General Grade, VSM, Material: Silicon Carbide, Origin: Germany)
Universally usable silicon carbide abrasive belt with high cutting capacity and wide range of grit sizes. Achieves a fine scratch pattern and ensures particularly brilliant gloss levels (high gloss unit). Since CK721X is oil- and water-resistant, the gloss level can be further increased by using grinding oils.
ZK713X (Better Grade, VSM, Material: Zirconia Alumina, Origin: Germany)
The ideal workshop grinding belt for daily use with different workpieces and materials. Versatile use on various machines for dry grinding, for example when deburring sheets. High stock removal rates even with low contact pressure.
XK870X (Best Grade, VSM, Material: Ceramics, Origin: Germany)
Universal ceramic-grain workshop belt for a wide range of applications. Ideal for pre-sharpening knives. The additional TOP SIZE grinding-active layer also enables dry processing of stainless steel, since it significantly reduces the temperature in the grinding zone. A good alternative to XK760X when machining superalloys and stainless steels.
