This drill jig with guide you with access hole placement on 8020's 1.5" x 3" extruded aluminum profiles. This extruded jigs is made out of aluminum, comes with a clear anodize finish, and includes dowel pins to help center the jig. Self centering drill guide allows you to drill out 0.281" (7.1mm) access holes in your t-slot 15 Series 1530 profiles. Best used with part #6070 drill bit (sold separately). Perfect to have around if you machine your own aluminum extrusions and need a good way to drill straight holes. This access hole drill jig is used with #6070 to create precise thru holes in 1.5" x 3" profiles for access to end fasteners. Hardened dowel pins ride in the t-slot to prevent rotation. Comes with hardened steel drill bushings (which can be replaced if needed). Locater lines are etched in the clear anodized aluminum body for accurate hole location.
