Grinding Fineness Adjustment Procedure
1.Remove the central nut, handle lever, washer, and L-shaped bracket in sequence.
2.With one hand, lift the central screw, and with the other hand, gently turn the screw (six slots) clockwise until slightly tight. Be careful not to over- to avoid damaging the parts.
3.Reinstall the L-shaped bracket with the long side facing up into slot of the screw and grind to the zero mark.
4.Consider one slot of the screw as one unit.
5.Loosen the screw 2-3 slots counterclockwise for espresso machines. Loosen the screw 4-5 slots counterclockwise for grinders, pour-over coffee makers. Loosen the screw 6-7 slots counterclockwise for balanced siphon brewing.
