Details:
1.The vinyl backdrop not washable. Take a damp cloth with water or a gentle cleaner to keep clean.
2.It's normal if backdrop have some sense of pixels. Stand at the right distance please, it will affect shooting effects if stand too close.
3.As light and computer screen is different, the colors may vary slightly. Adjust the lighting is a good way to improve your photos when doing a photo shoot.
4.Using clamps to hang the backdrop on a stand is recommended. If there is no background frame and clip, use tapes or nails to paste it on the wall.
5.Products folded directly after production and may have an ink smell, the smell will wear off after being placed unfolding.
6.Customized backdrop is welcome. We can change the size, pattern, colors etc. Fabric or vinyl material for choosing.

How to Remove Creases:
Due to policies on package dimensions, the backdrop will be shipped folded. There may be crease when you receive it. Here we suggest:
1)Roll the backdrop up tightly with a cylinder or stretch and hang it for a few days.
2)Ironing the back side with a steam iron at lowest temperature. Do not touch water, that will ruin the backdrop.
