For the last 50 years this methodology has been honed ~ beginning with the creation of the USAF Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing (ICAM) program that supported the transformation of industry from Industry 2.0 to Industry 3.0. Later it was refined by the addition of the Strategic Assessment Tools (SAT’s) allowing company leadership to identify their consensus strategic gaps and develop their master plans to address these gaps.
