A long slender pole rises from the compact rectangular base and supports a short arm. Suspended from the arm is a tall drum shade made of beige textured fabric that softly diffuses the light from a 100w bulb. Operated by a rotary switch to easily turn it on or off, the lamp also includes a 5' black cord. The floor lamp is also available in antique-like brass with a white textured shade.
