Did I do better than Hippocrates? Who told us not to feed the disease, food is medicine and vice versa. I may have done better because I found cures, whereas food/walking is only a prevention from Hippocrates. I cured myself from divorce, seizures/hypoglycemia. I became a doctor to myself…doctors know nothing about food. Without health/spouse one has nothing. Seizures/hypoglycemia is the opposite of diabetes. This is $50,000 or more gifts for children and grandchildren: 1. Get $50,000 or more college scholarship by correct exercise and/or academic achievement, 2. get good NYU health/info and live to 100 and 3. get good school grades. Do these brain/heart gifts that no one in this world can give you, but Gene Adesso. Do yourself a million dollar/generation family favor. Blood glucose is the biggest indication of heart disease and heart disease is the biggest killer of people in this world.
