𝗔𝗞𝗙𝗜𝗫 𝟵𝟬𝟱𝗡 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) 905N is a neutral cure, premium performance silicone sealant designed for gap filling and sealing in a wide range of use in building and construction. It combines the advantages of outstanding adhesion to building materials and non-corrosive and odorless Neutral cure silicones are unique in that some release a substance known as methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing, and others release acetone. These substances are non-corrosive, thixotropic and make neutral cure silicones ideal for electronics applications. Our high-temperature sealant also emits a subtler odor, making them great candidates for indoor applications such as kitchen, and bathroom installations, even though the cure time is longer than that of acetoxy cure silicones. 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 ✔️ Weather sealing and joint sealing for walls, windows and doors. ✔️ Glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing in kitchens and bathrooms. ✔️ Sealing of connection joints in the building industry (brick, wall, concrete, PVC, wood, glass etc.) 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 Ensure that surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and grease-free. The application temperature must be between 41°F and +104°F. In order to reduce the deformations of the joints, their depth must be much less than their width, minimum dimensions are 0.19x0.19 in, for wider joints the depth should be preferably half of the width and it is adjusted by the use of backup material. Recommended joint widths are >0.39 IN and < 1.37 IN The joint width and depth ratio should be about 2:1.
