Notes:
1. Material vinyl is not washable. If there are messes just take a damp cloth with water and/or a gentle cleaner(like soap) to wipe clean.
2. All backdrops will be sent by folded, as according to rules of post office, length of item cannot be more than 1.2 meters. So we have to send items by folded.
Below are the ways to remove the creases:
1. Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, then it will be ok.
2. Hang it over several days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear.
3. Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then the backdrop will get smooth again.
4. We can customize any sizes for you(5x7ft(seamless), 6x9ft, 8x8ft, 10x10ft, 10x20ft), also we can print your own picture as backdrops; Double-face vinyl backdrop is also available for sale, please contact us if you prefer.
5. The backdrop is glare free(not reflective, it will be different when taking pictures with photos).
6. All vinyl backgrounds are made in China and are printed at the time of your order. Handling time is 2 days except for holidays.
7. Item will sent via USPS(except for multi backdrops, we will send via express). Normally it will take about 7-15 days for you to receive it.
