About the Book Amorinthis is set in the third millennium and is a coming of age story about Avalon Francis, a young Elite in the celebrity city of Amorinthis. The story centers around dating ties (contracts) that are supposed to keep the Elite from being distracted by the ins and outs of dating so they can create more content for the ever superfluous Flutterfeed. Flutter, as it’s often referenced, is an all in one social media platform that everyone uploads to for social capital. Elites get to live lives of luxury in exchange for doing their job to entertain society online and keeping up their public image. The world has been split into three Sanctions after a world war that caused the founding of Amorinthis, Pegasai, and Subrynth. When Avalon and her first boyfriend are separated by the day of the draw upon graduation she finds herself in and out of different relationships, resulting in a love triangle that even she couldn’t have imagined. Will she choose Ashton - the rebel hoverboarder that helped her forget her first love? Or will it be Theo - the brooding bad boy dressed in Armani who just so happens to be her newest tie? Throughout all of this she is grappling with the grief of losing her mother and learning who she is as a celebrity, a friend, and how to choose the right guy for her.
