Abigail Gibson is the great great granddaughter of Anna Marie Wallen Matthews (from my first book "Where do I Belong") that traveled through time from the 1800's to present day, fought her way back to her time and too her husband and adopted son. Anna Marie left journals and her diary with the hope that her legacy would continue. Abigail had the honor of having the diary and journals handed down to her and Abigail vowed to keep Anna Marie's legacy alive. One hundred and fourteen years later Abigail Gibson traveled to the mountainous area to find the homestead. She searched the worn pages of the journals and diary trying to find the homestead deed and the claim for the gold mine the "Anna Marie". With the guidance and spirit of her great grandmother Anna, Abigail found the papers needed to stake her claim and rebuild the homestead and her dream home. Unknow to Abigail she would have to fight off an evil mountain man that was the relative to the bandits and outlaws that her grandmother had to fight off. The men in the 1800's almost took her grandmothers life as did their modern-day relative that kidnapped her and left her for dead, hog tied and thrown into the dark recesses of a damp mine where he hoped no one would find her. The mountain man almost successfully followed his plan to rid himself of Abilgail and take over the homestead and gold mine that in his sick mind he felt was his by right. Abigail fought for her home, fell in love with the man of her dreams, builds her dream home and restores the little cabin back to the time of her grandparents. All along her grandmother Anna Marie would guide her and wave to her from the porch of the little ancient cabin.
