Modeled after our original Shells Real Aged Cheddar, Organic Cheddar Mac (as we call it) is made with certified organic pasta and certified organic Real Aged Cheddar cheese. We color the cheese with annatto, a natural coloring used for centuries to make foods like butter and mustard colored naturally.
