- What should I do if the trap door easily slips off?
- First, observe if the position of the L-shaped hook is offset. If it is offset, straighten it out.
- If the position of the L-shaped hook is not offset, you can try using pliers to slightly bend the L-shaped hook upwards to make it easier to hang the door.
- What should I do if the trigger pedal is not sensitive enough?
- You can drip lubricating oil into the connection position (buckle position of the L-hook and bottom of the pedal) to make it more sensitive.
- Why did the food disappear but no animals were caught?
- Perhaps the small mouse did not trigger the pedal after eating the food. You can try placing the trap in places where squirrels often appear.
- What should I do if my trap rusts?
- If the product is frequently exposed to water, rain, or stored in damp areas or living by the sea, it is relatively easy for the product to rust. We suggest that you air dry and store the product in a dry place after each cleaning. Additionally, if possible, you can also spray the product with metallic paint of your favorite color, which will be more rust resistant.
