Wii to HDMI Converter:

1. Don't forget to settings and change the Wii console screen resolution from 480i to 480p, since some HDTVs do not support games at 240p/480i over HDMI. By click Wii Settings - TV Resolution and choosing EDTV or HDTV (480p) not Standard TV (480i).

2. The Wii to HDMI Converter is not an Upscaler, the converter uses the component analog 480p video signal and turns it into digital information to be sent through the HDMI cable, helping the Wii console connect to 720p/1080p device with better viewing, have good quality pictures and audio, but it not turning your game into 720p or 1080p.
