Nacido en Nuevo México, Sáenz ha ganado múltiples premios, siendo el primer escritor latino en recibir el Premio PEN/Faulkner. Su estilo único y su habilidad para abordar temas complejos con sensibilidad y profundidad lo han convertido en una figura destacada en la literatura contemporánea. ENGLISH DESCRIPTION Benjamin Alire Sáenz is an acclaimed poet, novelist, and author of young adult literature , known for his work  Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe . Born in New Mexico, Sáenz has won multiple awards, being the first Latino writer to receive the PEN/Faulkner Award. His unique style and ability to address complex themes with sensitivity and depth have made him a prominent figure in contemporary literature. In addition to his literary career, he teaches Creative Writing at the University of Texas at El Paso. His work continues to inspire and resonate with readers of all ages.
