This United States Army manual, Army Regulation AR 27-10 Legal Services: Military Justice January 2025, prescribes the policies and procedures pertaining to the administration of military justice and implements the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM), United States, 2024, and the rules for courts-martial (RCMs) contained in the MCM. This revision applies to the Regular Army, the Army National Guard / Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. It also applies to Department of the Army Civilians who are involved in any matter that falls under the responsibility and authority of The Judge Advocate General, regardless of whether such person is a member of the Judge Advocate Legal Service. This publication is applicable during mobilization.
