Atlas 3i was a new unique comet that astronomers around the world studied in the very short time that it was visible from Earth. It was very different from other comets and was truly alien in nature. When it passed Earth its very strong magnetic field disrupted and destroyed much of man’s technological wonders causing severe hardships for all the people of Earth. This is the story of one small close-knit community and how they coped with the disaster they found themselves living through.
