In the early fall of 1994, a fatal accident at her employer's drying cleaning offices took the life of Karen Baldwin. She lay on the floor of the back room for what might have been hours. But her body revived! Her experiences of the hours (or days where she was) in another world, are recounted in Awakened. Having experienced several more NDE's as a result of having a double lung replacement from the injuries of the original accident, she has become so in tune and so sensitive to spirit, that she can call upon family, friends, friends of friends, and more.
