Use Manel: 

1. Remove the elastic stopper using a small tool.

2. Carefully take out the two pieces of glass from the frame.

3. Place the photo between the two pieces of glass and use double-sided tape to secure the photo in the center of the glass.

4. Slide the glass back into the frame and reinsert the elastic stopper to secure the glass in place.
