From the CLASSIC ARMY MEN COLLECTOR SERIES, BMC Toys brings back more classic accessories from the Golden Age of boxed playsets. The Western Gold Mine 6 piece set includes mine entrance, ore cart, track section, sluice terrain, tipper and sign. Pieces are made from slightly stiff charcoal gray color polypropylene plastic with medium detail and some flashing. The mine entrance measures 9.5 inches across x 4.9 inches tall x 3.25 inches deep and the sluice terrain is 9 x 6 x 2.5 inches tall. All pieces are approximately 1:32 scale, but work well for several other scales.

These accessories were first offered around 1960 by LOUIS MARX AND COMPANY included in Gunsmoke and Johnny Ringo playsets, They were later in the 1990s revival Gold Rush boxed set. This new production is manufactured using the original molds. Perfect for many eras from 1800s and Old West through early and mid-20th century time periods and beyond.
