2.After the device is switched on, it must perform the mechanical zero return operation at first, and then the test run.The time is 5 minutes, check whether the operation of the machine is normal, after that everything can be continued.
3. By using the calibration knife switch on the control panel, after the drill bit is raised, the guiding ruler and positioning pin are fixed through measurement. After repeated experiments to obtain the accurate position, the work can begin.
4. The drill speed should not be too fast, and the drill should be sharp. Too fast feed speed will cause chip removal difficulties, cause drilling smoke, hole wall carbonation, and fast feed speed is more likely to lead to serious consequences of spindle break.
5. After working for a period of time, the drilling head slide may be loose, if not adjusted, it will cause the processed hole is oval or diagonal hole, and in serious cases, it will cause the spindle to bend and break. The method is to loosen the screw fixing the slide seat, adjust the lock screw on the side of the slide block, so that the drill can not swing back and forth, up and down, and then it should be locked, but not adjusted too tight, otherwise the drilling head can not move smoothly, crawling phenomenon.
