It depicts one out of estimated hundreds of thousands of similar cases in the UK (both in divorce battles and adoptions), and millions around the Western world – in the UK, USA, EU, Switzerland, CA, AU and NZ. The eye-opening book chillingly describes one horrific case in step-by-step detail. It strikes at the modus operandi of the notorious courts. It is not gender-biased but gives a very rare, realistic view on the horrific breaches of basic human rights and the systemic destruction of family life and children. The author is a mum in Britain who was subjected to sadistic domestic abuse by her husband. He controlled most of her physiological needs and told her that he had different plans for her role in their marriage from the one she’d believed she’d embarked upon when getting married - akin to a form of human trafficking. He threatened her with taking their newborn baby away from her if she ever filed for a divorce saying "I have money to achieve that", hinting at engaging in corruption. He’d bribed people before. Urged by many, the mother filed for a divorce. What then followed was something out of barbaric tyrannies. Several judges, a CAFCASS officer and even the mother's own legal team, almost immediately, sided with the abuser and, under his directive, abused their toddler to extremes and the woman almost to death in order to stage a case against the devoted mother whom all the professionals praised. They watched the sadist stage many incidents that seriously harmed the child. They collectively based the whole case on a mountain of perjury and resolutely refused to even mention any documentary evidence for it despite dozens of pieces being available or already before them... As the mother then fought for years to bring the perpetrators to justice, threats and intimidation, even by then President of the Family Division in High Court in London et al followed. All complaints procedures against every single perpetrator were also fake. A couple of proper judges along the way were so horrified by the case that one of them sent the file to the police, but they also weren't allowed to interfere with the totally unaccountable judges despite being shocked and sickened themselves. The mum then learnt that hers was a tiny drop in the ocean of similar cases in the West and that many victims had committed suicide. Their families are still gagged. All Western media, politicians, First ladies, human rights charities, feminist groups, MeToo, embassies, the police, even the UN, have seemingly been familiar with these human rights abuses for decades yet allowed “the democratic independent judiciary” to play Torturer with impunity.
