With close to 30 years’ experience, she is a qualified teacher, fitness enthusiast, behaviour change specialist and holds a Masters in Applied Human Nutrition. In short – Gilly believes in looking at every element of life, the whole person. Gilly’s mantra is ‘1% better, daily’, and encourages better living through balance. "We have busy lives, commitments and priorities, and effective change MUST consider these," says Gilly.
