This optional Solid Beam Kit allows the fan to install to solid wooden or steel beams. Solid beams are typically squared timber or steel, often located at the peak of a roofline to carry the horizontal loads placed on a building structure. The Solid Beam Adapter Mounting Kit by Big Ass Fans is compatible the following Big Ass Fans Models: Essence, Isis , E7, E10, E12, BAF 2025, BAF 3025, BAF 3600. If you require a different solution, other optional kits (sold separately) include I-Beam Adapter Mounting Kit, Wood Frame Kit, Z-Purlin Mounting Kit, and C-Channel Mounting Kit.
