Brass beads Coutner-sunk holes High quality brass fly tying beads at PRO price. Counter sunk, easy to slide over hooks. Brass is best when you need some weight but tungsten is too much. Personally I use, both, depending on the conditions. A trick is to use a different color thread as a hot spot to distinguish between tungsten and brass bead flies in your fly box.
