Hundreds of years ago Buddha created a diamond from a lump of coal to show how worthless such jewels are it is now hidden away in the mountains of Northern India beneath a glacier. Charlie and Etherton are commissioned by the British Museum to retrieve it before the Russian Jeweller Faberge's henchmen can get their hands on it. He wants to cut it down into smaller diamonds for his eggs which would be a sacrilege of the worst kind.
