Notes:
1. Brush shedding in handmade brushes: Shedding in handmade brushes is "normal" especially in brand new brushes. After using for a dozen times, the shedding should cease.
2. To prevent shedding: Before each use, first immerse the brush bead in water for approximately 5-10 minutes. Remove the glue and excess hair, then use.
We handle each brush with extreme care, if for some reason you received a broken brush, please let us know and we’ll ship a new one immediately.
How to use?
1. Before using for the first time, please use your fingers to gently squeeze the new brush head to let the stuck hair loose, then put them under warm water to wash out the glue on the hair.
2. Before each use, submerge the entire brush head in water. Then dip the brush in the ink, to enable the bristles to fully absorb the ink.
3. After each use: Wash out the ink in a container after writing. Absorb the excess water using a napkin then hang the brush to complete drying.
