Concrete Coatings SuperSeal 20WB is a water-based, low-VOC, non-flammable, and non-hazardous acrylic sealer designed for interior and exterior applications. You may use it on bare concrete as a sealing and dust-proofing compound. You can also apply it by rolling or spraying without the use of a primer.
SuperSeal 20WB is perfect when you want a softer matte or semi-gloss finish or simply don't want those flammable sealers or those that emit solvent fumes.

HOW TO USE:
Make sure that the concrete surface is clean. Simply apply with a low-pressure sprayer, short nap roller, or lamb's wool applicator in thin & even coats. Apply one coat for curing while you apply two coats for sealing and dust-proofing.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-Do not use on surfaces to receive concrete overlays or additional toppings, coatings, sealers, or ceramic tile (without proper surface preparation.
-Do not use in areas that require resistance to solvents.
-Do not subject to rain or water until SuperSeal 20WB dries completely.
-Do not apply in extremely humid conditions.
-For maximum life expectancy, routinely sweep and wash floors with appropriate cleaners and detergents.
