Using quotes from John Calvin (and one from Martin Luther) and comparing and contrasting them to God’s holy word, this book shows how unbiblical Calvinism is. It is a semi-gnostic heresy that has borrowed concepts from the gnostics (via Augustine) and reworked them to make them appear more Christian. Their doctrine of “election” is a prime example. This is not designed to be an exhaustive treatment of Calvinism or even all the points of Calvinism or even proof of all my claims. It is a quick, helpful summary that highlights some major points and gives a quick response showing how Calvinism is unbiblical and/or illogical. I expect to write more in the future, maybe in expanding this book or in writing other books which will be more exhaustive. I also expect I will respond to critics who demand proof or reject evidences provided here. All quotes from the Bible are from the KJV (marked by “KJV”) or my amendment of it (unmarked). Square brackets around a word eg [man] indicate the word is in italics in the KJV indicating it was added by the translators. Anything in round brackets in scripture quotations are comments added by me eg Esaias (Isaiah). In the New Testament (NT), Esaias is the KJV spelling of Isaiah from the Greek. Very early on, I want to ensure that you hear the gospel of Jesus Christ as He delivered it to His apostles and which they preached. Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures (and the scriptures tell us that He died for the whole world - it’s an offer to all). Paul then says “... and He was buried and rose again according to the scriptures” (I Corinthians 15:1-4). Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary so that you could be redeemed. He made it possible for all human beings to look to Him and be saved. Just as the children of Israel looked to the serpent in the wilderness and all who looked were saved from the snakes, so God wants to save you from THE snake, the devil, and thus save you from sin and death. This is completely your choice and you are without excuse for rejecting Him, which includes blaming theistic determinism for being “totally depraved”. If Calvinism is true, you have the perfect excuse. You will not be able to use that excuse or any other on the day of judgement. If you have rejected Christ, you will stand before your Creator and Judge and be totally silent with no defence. Christian, do not be preaching the false gospel that is Calvinism, or any other false gospel. Ecclesia reformata semper reformanda est secundum Verbum Dei (the church reformed and always reforming according to the Word of God).
