The punching combos are fun and easy to learn, but by no means easy to do. You'll be sweating and burning tons of calories as you jab cross your way to a fitter you! Some cardio kickboxing is included in this cardio boxing section, but the primary focus is on boxing movements. Once the cardio segment is complete, you'll continue with boxing specific conditioning drills that will make you look and feel like a champ. Cathe and her crew wear 12-ounce boxing gloves during the entire cardio boxing workout segment (in addition to the Bonus Heavy Bag section). While it is perfectly fine to do the cardio boxing segment without gloves, you are strongly encouraged to wear them for a more intense experience.
