A difficult relationship between Dona Fisher and her mother prompted her to provide a loving, nurturing, Word-filled environment for women in her community. She launched a Bible study called Change of Pace to offer help and hope, and amazingly, her mother joined her to work side-by-side in this endeavor. For 50 years, this thriving nondenominational women’s Bible study has provided women in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with a much-needed change of pace.
