The mathematics behind processing phenomena, either we are taking about charge particle beam processing or laser processing is not trivial at all. We present in this book some outstanding “theoretical achievements” using the integral transform technique. It is a brief description of a work of about 15 years done at the National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics - Magurele, Romania . We present also some experimental data which fit very well with the theory.
