For more than 30 years LES CONFITURES A L’ANCIENNE has been flying the flag of the french tradition and taste in France and overseas. Since 2012 we are proud to display the labels of « Entreprise du patrimoine vivant » awarded by the french state and « Quality producer » released by the College Culinaire de France since 2017. Andresy Confitures perpetuates the tradition with its jams by using fruits at optimum maturity, baked in small amount with cane sugar within copper cauldrons.
