The content of China Model and Internationalization of Chinese Enterprises , compiled by Yang Ruilong, covers Chinese enterprises, overseas business strategy of Chinese enterprises, overseas listing and overseas merger and acquisition of Chinese enterprises, foreign direct investment and transnational operation and management of state-owned enterprises, transnational operation and management of private enterprises, etc. in the perspective of China's path of economic development, China model and globalization. The internationalization of Chinese enterprises is the internationalization supported by the China model. The huge foreign exchange reserves of China will provide corresponding financial support for internationalization. Therefore, it is necessary to have a basic knowledge of China's development model to understand the background, approach and direction of Chinese enterprises' internationalization. The goal of China Model and Internationalization of Chinese Enterprises is to enable students to understand China's past development model, to understand the domestic background of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and the international challenges to be addressed. Prof. Yang Ruilong is Dean of the School of Economics, Renmin University, China; research fellow at the National Academy of Development and Strategy, in the same school, co-director of the Institute of Economic Research of RUC, member of the Changjiang Scholars Program, MOE and guest scholar at the of Durham University, UK. Research fields include: Property right system in modern enterprises; new institutional economics, corporate theory and development economics. Prof. Luo Laijun, currently teaches at the School of Economics, Renmin University, China, he earned his Ph.D. in Economics, at the Fudan University of China, Shanghai. Also research fellow at the National Academy of Development and Strategy, Dean of Yangtze River Economic Zone Academy, established at the Renmin University. His researches and studies have caught the attention of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education and of several provincial and municipal governments. Associate Prof. Yang Jidong, currently teaches at the Renmin University, China, he earned Ph.D. in Economics at the same school. His research fields include: Corporate theory, corporate governance, institutional economics, labor economics, contract theory.
