What was supposed to be a slam dunk white-collar bust goes sideways for Detective Dennis Delaney. As a result, he winds up suspended from the SFPD for 90-days. Forced to leave town, Dennis decides to lick his wounds and soak up some sun in Las Vegas. On his way there, he has a chance encounter with an oriental dice whiz named Ming, who fleeces the vice cop out of $360, inadvertently changing both their destinies. Taking Ming and his magic dice to Vegas, Dennis shows the lad how to clean up in the gaming halls. It's only after making the acquaintance of a high-priced call girl that the two experience a reversal of fortune when a mobster tries to muscle in on their action. The question is, can Dennis and Ming beat the odds, or will the dice come up snakeeyes
