Note: Chocolate World calls this a "double model," since you can make the molded chocolate eggs three dimensional by using two of this mold at the end of the molding procedure to align the molded-egg halves together for a neat whole (whose dimensions and weight would then be doubled)
Getting the ideal alignment, however, also requires a pin through the two molds (each of which has holes through which to insert the pin), as well as clips on both sides of the mold (neither pins nor clips provided with this mold, both sold separately on Amazon).
It is, however, possible (though difficult) to use only one mold. You would then form the half-eggs and stick them to each other with melted chocolate and only your hands to guide you in aligning two halves to make one whole.
