We've included easy-to-follow directions using familiar ingredients, plus tips for every holiday occasion and a collection of sweet Christmas memories. Beef Wellington Loaves   2 eggs, beaten 2 10-3/4 oz. cans golden mushroom soup, divided 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 2 lbs. lean ground beef 8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. water 2 T. fresh parsley, snipped cooked rice   In a bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup soup, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 2 loaves, each 6 inches by 3 inches. Place in an ungreased shallow 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes; spoon off drippings in pan. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; press to seal perforations. Place 2 rectangles of dough crosswise over the top and down the sides of each loaf, overlapping slightly. Bake until dough is golden, 15 to 20 minutes longer. In a small saucepan, whisk together remaining soup, water and parsley; heat to boiling. Serve sauce with loaves and cooked rice. Makes 8 servings. Dear Friend, Christmas is almost here!
