How to fill the citronella spray?
Firstly, turn off the collar. Set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly press the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking. Hold down firmly for 15 seconds and then release.
Using Tips:
1. Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose - one finger should just fit between the collar belt and your dog’s neck.
