Growing up north of Boston, Massachusetts in a large Italian family there was never a bad meal served to us by our dad Lorenzo Salvatore Belcamino. "Daddy" was an accomplished chef having worked at the prestigious Wellesley College - Dana Hall Campus in Wellesley MA. to cooking Tripe at his favorite hangout in Cambridge MA,"Guido's" Bar owned by his best friend, Duke Pugliese. On Sunday's the table would be covvered in an old sheet and dad would roll his own pasta and cook meatballs marinating in his sauce filled with garlic and pork chops. There would be salads, desserts and lots of wine and song. This is my tribute to my family recipes and to my father Lorenzo and mother Virginia.
